Thanks to a team of HR professionals, Work Consultants and Occupational Psychologists involved in the project, we can provide a specific consulting service throughout each individual phase, thus becoming a true Business Partner.

The Search & Selection process is created step by step with the Client, focusing on the Client in the three important and initial phases of the project.

Step by step with the Client

Analysing company organization

Analysing the Client in terms of structure, sector, history, developments and changes.

Analysing internal relationships

(Human Capital vs Social Capital) and relations concerning the sought position such as its hierarchical uplines (+1), colleagues (0) and direct subordinates (-1).

Analysing the “ideal profile” position

Compiling the Job description with the characteristics of the role (expertise and skills) and the behavioural traits of the person required.

Work method

Link HR's operating method is based on listening to the Client and on designing a search project that leads to identifying the resource to be recruited, corresponding to the required profile. Each project is assigned to a specialised Consultant (occupational psychologist), who follows all the project phases as the Client's contact person. The consultant is the only operational contact person and point of reference with the Link HR network.

Our operating method is flexible and offers a complete package such as headhunting, online and/or offline advertising, database management, Client database management, aptitude tests, personality tests, assessment centre, salary and benefits surveys, atmosphere and organizational analysis, structured job interviews with an Occupational Psychologist, and drawing up personology profiles.

The Client may gain access to each individual activity in the form of a structured service or separately to support its HR function in managing its Search & Selection process.

On field operational phases involve an activity generated by the Link HR Consultant, on which the Client receives continuous feedback. The Consultant has access to all media, tools and technologies useful to the execution of the search. The entire process is handled through the NGage technology platform, which records all the steps.
